Refund policy

All products are manufacture on demand, as the customer places an order they are manufactured specifically for that order, as such we do not accept returns should the customer change their mind.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address-Should customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@maddogmancave.com.  Please note that returns address, for returning goods, will be sent to you with a Return Authority Number (RTA) once through our customer service department.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

As order they are manufactured specifically for a customer when they place an order we do not accept exchanges.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever
